Instructions for use

Adults and children 12 years and older:

• Apply a pea-sized amount of cream to a soft-bristled toothbrush.
• Brush daily, twice a day and no more than three times, for at least 1 minute each time, minimizing swallowing and rinsing. Be sure to brush all sensitive areas of your teeth.

For quick relief, place a pea-sized amount of cream on a clean finger and gently massage the base of the sensitive tooth for 1 minute.
