FORA Anytime CGM Transmitter

Reusable and rechargeable transmitter for the FORA 14-day CGM system

The FORA Anytime CGM Transmitter is the reusable transmission unit of the FORA 14-day CGM system.

In conjunction with a compatible FORA Anytime / Connect CGM sensor, the transmitter enables the continuous transmission of glucose data to a compatible smartphone.

Important: This product contains the transmitter. A compatible FORA 14-day CGM sensor is also required for glucose measurement.

Reusable instead of disposable electronics

Unlike the sensor, the FORA transmitter is not disposed of after 14 days.

The transmitter is rechargeable and designed for long-term use of up to two years.

This means that when a sensor needs to be replaced, only the worn-out sensor needs to be replaced, while the transmitter can continue to be used.

Up to 14 days after a short charge

According to the manufacturer, a charge of approximately 30 minutes allows for up to 14 days of use.

This allows the transmitter to be recharged to coincide with the replacement of the 14-day sensor.

Continuous glucose data on the smartphone

The transmitter receives the glucose data recorded by the CGM sensor and transmits it wirelessly to a compatible smartphone.

The Anytime app allows users to track current glucose levels, glucose trends, and trend information, among other things.

Warnings for high and low glucose levels

The FORA CGM system supports individually adjustable alerts for high and low glucose levels.

This allows the user to be informed about relevant changes in their glucose levels.

Data exchange

The FORA system also enables the digital transfer of glucose data to selected family members or caregivers via the dedicated FORA application.

This makes the system suitable for modern, networked diabetes management.

Sensor required separately

The transmitter cannot be used alone for glucose measurement.

A compatible FORA Anytime / Connect 14-day CGM sensor is required for operation. The sensor is replaced after its intended lifespan, while the transmitter can continue to be used.
