Griffonia seed dry extract promotes normal mood.
Dry extracts of griffonia seeds and jujube seeds promote relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill.] seed extract (20% 5-hydroxytryptophan), jujube (Zizyphus jujuba Mill.) seed extract (2% triterpene saponins), L-theanine from green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaves; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi) root extract (30% baicalin), magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder and Wilson) bark extract (90% magnolols); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), talc and silica from bamboo [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss] young stems.
The dry extracts are supported on corn maltodextrins.

How to use
2-3 tablets per day (morning, afternoon and evening), preferably away from meals.
