Ingredients:

80% - psyllium seeds (Plantago psyllium),
20% - psyllium seed husk (Plantago ovata).

How to use:

Pour 200 ml of water (not boiling) over 2 teaspoons (6 g) of the product, wait about 5-8 minutes until the seeds swell and mucus appears on them, then mix and drink.
When consuming the "Natural Fiber" product, you should drink approximately 1.5-2 liters of water.
The seeds can also be eaten as an addition to yogurt, salads, desserts, soups, etc.
