Vitamins K2 and D3 help maintain healthy bones. Vitamin D participates in the proper absorption and use of calcium and in maintaining the proper level in the blood. In addition, it supports the functioning of the muscular and immune systems.

The product is intended for healthy people over the age of 75.

The daily portion - 1 capsule contains (reference intake %):

• Vitamin K (K2 MK-7) - 200 μg (266%),
• Vitamin D (D3) - 100 µg (2,000%) / 4,000 IU,
• Inulin - 310 mg.

IU- International unit (1 μg = 40 IU).

Ingredients: inulin (chicory root), pullulan (capsule shell), vitamin K (microencapsulated menaquinone-7), vitamin D (from lanolin).

Method of use: 1 capsule, once a day during the meal.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should not be used by pregnant women, nursing women and children without medical advice. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. We recommend a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (eg, warfarin and acenocoumarol).
