The beneficial effects of oleuropein on bone are due to its antioxidant properties and most importantly it intervenes in the regulation of bone metabolism by influencing the activity of osteoblasts and osteoclasts.
Oleuropein decreases the release of cytokines involved in the differentiation and activity of osteoclasts.
In addition, it can influence the differentiation of precursor mesenchymal stem cells (MSC cells) from which osteoblasts and adipocytes develop through the phenomenon of
osteoblastogenesis Thus the formation of the bone substance takes place at the expense of the accumulation of adipose tissue (in the bone marrow)
Olive oil rich in oleuropein and vitamin D3 represents a nutritional alternative for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and fractures.

Active ingredients per 2 capsules:
Extract of dried olive leaves (Olea Europea L.) 250 mg - 100 mg Oleuropein.
Tricalcium phosphate (hydroxyapatite) 1200 mg - 420 mg Calcium and 200 mg Phosphorus.
Cholecalciferol 5.2 mg - 10 μg Vitamin D3.

Administration method:
Adults - one capsule in the morning and evening, approximately 30 minutes before meals.
Children over 6 years old - one capsule per day.

Duration of treatment:
In adults - from 3 to 12 months.
In children over 6 years old - from 1 to 6 months.
