Folate 5-MTHF is a dietary supplement in vegetable capsules. Folates help to reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue, help in the proper production of blood and participate in the process of cell division.

Ingredients: OraftiGR® inulin - chicory root fiber (Cichorium intybus), glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (the active form of folic acid with high bioavailability in the patented Quatrefolic® formula), cellulose capsule - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose .
How to use: 1 portion (1 capsule) per day with water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important to maintain health.
