Low resistance to infections, lack of energy, bleeding gums, nosebleeds and rapid bruising are signs of vitamin C deficiency.Indications:
- contributes to maintaining the normal functioning of the immune system during intense physical exercises and after them, under the conditions of a daily consumption of 200 mg, in addition to the recommended daily intake;
