Application :
One tablet daily. If needed, the dosage can be increased to two tablets daily. It is best to take the tablet with your evening meal, as cholesterol production mainly occurs at night.

Phytosterols have been shown to lower blood cholesterol levels. High cholesterol is a risk factor for developing coronary heart disease, which is caused by several risk factors. Changing one of these risk factors may or may not have a positive effect. A positive effect on lowering cholesterol levels is observed with a daily intake of 1.5–3 g of phytosterols. To maintain normal blood cholesterol levels, a daily intake of at least 0.8 g of phytosterols is required.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels. Vitamin C also helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
