Ingredients: inulin, choline (choline hydrogen citrate), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), niacin (nicotinamide, nicotinic acid), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), inositol, PABA (para -aminobenzoic acid), vitamin B6 (P-5-P 5'-pyridoxal phosphate), pullulan (capsule shell), biotin (D-biotin), folate (calcium L-methylfolate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
How to use: Take 2 capsules once a day, with a meal.
