Description
A dietary supplement containing chelated magnesium, vitamin K2, and bamboo silicon, useful for maintaining normal bone health and promoting normal muscular function. It helps maintain bone structure and reduce the risk of fragility and fractures, especially with age. Recommended for those with limited dietary intake and in situations where the body requires supplementation.
Suitable for vegans.
The silicon contained comes from the stem of a particular type of bamboo, tabashir, used in Ayurvedic medicine. This bamboo extract is over 70% bioavailable organic silicon, naturally absorbed by the body. Chelated magnesium is more bioavailable than other types of magnesium. Vitamin K2 is microencapsulated to improve absorption.

Magnesium amino acid chelate 20% in glycine (E640), maltodextrin, bamboo (Bambusa arundinacea wild.) stem dry extract 70% in silicon on maltodextrin, flavouring, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) 2,500 mcg/g on maltodextrin; sweetener: steviol glycosides from Stevia rebaudiana leaves dry extract 97% in rebaudioside A (E960); anti-caking agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), silicon dioxide (E551).

How to use
We recommend taking 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise indicated, with meals.
To enhance the benefits, it is recommended to take the product for 4-month cycles with a short break in between, unless otherwise indicated by your doctor.
