A high percentage of lignin (phytoestrogen) with antioxidant action, being able to neutralize a large part of the free radicals in the body. Lignin is converted by the intestinal flora into enterolactone and enterodiol (substances similar to estrogen hormones, which reduce the risk of cancer, especially in the case of women). Due to the mucilage in the composition, it is recommended in the treatment of stomach and intestinal catarrh, against constipation.
