It is an innovative source of iron, with increased bioavailability, in the form of a Sucrosomial complex of iron pyrophosphate.
The Sucrosomial Iron incorporation technology (Sideral rm) increases gastric tolerance because the iron protected in Sucrosome does not come into direct contact with the gastrointestinal mucosa, thus avoiding gastrointestinal disorders that usually occur when taking iron supplements, such as: metallic taste, heartburn, intestinal irritation, pigmentation of the mucous membranes and stool coloring.
It can be administered in any situation where iron supplementation is necessary, even for long periods.

It does not contain gluten.
Method of administration:

A very useful website, with shipping updates provided step by step; the staff is truly knowledgeable and competent. Delivery times aren’t the fastest, but this is more than made up for by the product price, which is very affordable compared to local pharmacies.
Regarding the product I purchased:
I bought Sideral Forte (iron) for my wife, who is anemic, and I can tell you that even though the product’s name isn’t in Italian, it’s identical to the one I buy at my local pharmacy, except that where I live, a pack of 20 tablets costs 24 euros, whereas here I bought 90 tablets for 62.50 euros—a net savings of about 40%. Truly a great deal.
My 96-year-old father takes it regularly, without any side effects, and it works well for him.
