Properties:
It helps the absorption of calcium from food, prevents the appearance of bone fractures, helps the immune system and has an important role in the development and normal functioning of the brain.

Ingredients:
Vitamin D3 5000 IU, 125mcg
- cellulose (filling agent), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (emulsifier), vitamin D-3 (cholecalciferol).
Mode of administration:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily once every 3 days, after a main meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption.

Läs originaletI allmänhet är jag mycket nöjd med produkten och jag beställer den varje månad, men det skulle vara tillrådligt att ange i produktbeskrivningen i 6o tabletter-versionen att de faktiskt är kapslar, inte tabletter. När du får produkten ser lådan också annorlunda ut och det förvirrar dig lite.
