Properties:

• Supports digestion and digestive functions.
• Supports lactation in nursing mothers.
• Mentioned by the ancient scholars Theophrastus and Dioscorides in their works, cumin is traditionally used to restore the proper functioning of the digestive system.

Ingredients:
the fruits of the plant Carum carvi L., fam. Apiaceae, which contain volatile oil, represented mainly by carvone and limonene; protein substances, carbohydrates, resins, tannins.

Effect:
Carminative (helps eliminate intestinal gases), antispasmodic, stomachic (stimulates the secretion of gastrointestinal juices), fluidifier of bronchial secretions, emmenagogue (favors the onset of the menstrual cycle), galactogogue (stimulates milk secretion), vermifuge.

Preparation:
