Properties:

• Supports the excretory function of the kidneys.
• Helps maintain normal urinary function.
• Helps maintain joint mobility and flexibility.

Ingredients: horsetail (Equiseti herba).

Effect:
Diuretic, removes uric acid, calcium and inorganic phosphorus, antiseptic, astringent, hemostatic, cicatrizing, antacid, remineralizing.

Main uses:
Calculosis and renal colic; cystitis, nephritis, edema.

Other uses:

• Internal use: rheumatism, arthritis, gout, fractures.
• External use: hemorrhoids, eczema, wounds.

Contraindications:
The recommended doses are not known.

Preparation:

• Internal use: boil 1-2 sachets in 250 ml of water, on low heat, for 5-10 minutes.
• External use: boil 10 sachets in 1 liter of water over low heat for 5-10 minutes.

Administration method:

• Internal use: drink 2-3 cups of tea a day, before the main meals.
• External use: local baths or compresses on the affected area.
