(1% rutin), lavender essential oil (*Lavandula officinalis* Chaix), verbena essential oil (*Lippia citriodora* Kunt.), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Afternoon capsule (blue blister): dry extract of *Scutellaria* root (*Scutellaria baicalensis* Georgi) (30% baicalin), dry extract of aerial parts of lemon balm (*Melissa officinalis* L.) – Cyracos® (14% hydroxycinnamic acids), jujube seed extract (*Ziziphus jujuba* Miller) (standardized to 2% jujubosides), sweet orange essential oil (*Citrus sinensis* L. var. *dulcis*), chamomile essential oil (*Anthemis nobilis* L.), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

How to use
Take 1–2 capsules from the yellow blister in the morning and 1–2 capsules from the blue blister in the afternoon, between meals.

Cautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy.
