Method of preparation:
Infusion: add 2 sachets to a cup (250ml) of boiling water, leave covered for 10-15 minutes.
Administer 3 cups of infusion per day, after meals.
Contraindications:
In chronic constipation. When the volatile oil content, especially menthol, is very high, it can cause abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, muscle stiffness.
