• Glucosamine is an organic chemical compound from the group of amino sugars. It occurs as a component of cartilage and synovial fluid. Natural sources of glucosamine are shrimp, crayfish and crab, i.e. hard-shelled seafood. The recommended daily dose contains 1,190 mg of free glucosamine derived from shellfish glucosamine sulfate 2KCl.
• Chondroitin sulfate is an organic compound from the glycosaminoglycan group. Each capsule from Olimp Labs contains 300 mg of chondroitin sulfate.
• Vitamin C helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of blood vessels, gums, skin, teeth, cartilage and bones. It also contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.

The supplement ingredients are included in easy-to-swallow capsules. To obtain the beneficial effect resulting from the declared effect, it is recommended to use 1 capsule three times a day for a minimum of 6-8 weeks.
