Bio-Selenium + Zinc food supplement contains SelenoPrecise patented organic selenium, i.e. yeast enriched with selenium and zinc and vitamins A, B6, C and E. I have been using this product for years to support my immunity and also to lessen my back pain as this unigue mixture of minerals and vitamines helps agains inflamation. I can recomend it for adults and especially for seniors to make their health stronger.
