Red capsules for women and navy blue capsules for men contain a wealth of active ingredients.
Red capsules:
• lovage root
• zinc
• common oat herb
• ashwagandha root
• vitamin B6
Navy blue capsules:
• Tribulus terrestris fruit
• zinc
• ginseng root
• pantothenic acid
• ashwagandha root

Recommended daily intake:

1 capsule once a day after a meal.
