Calamus root tea 150 g
Description
Calamus root tea – an aromatic and bitter herbal tea for before or after meals
Calamus root is an aromatic, bitter herbal tea, particularly enjoyed before or after meals. Its characteristic bitter taste makes it a thoughtful addition to your daily hydration. The tea is sold loose and can be individually measured and flavored to your liking. Please note that this tea is not suitable for consumption during pregnancy.
Preparation and application
To make a cup of tea, place 1 teaspoon (approx. 1.5 g) of calamus root in a tea infuser and pour freshly boiled water over it. Let the tea steep for at least 6 minutes to allow the aromas to fully develop. Afterwards, you can sweeten the tea to taste or add fruit juice. It is recommended to drink up to 2 cups of calamus root tea throughout the day.
Daily consumption recommendation
Ideally, drink calamus root tea before or after meals. For a varied and sufficient fluid intake, it is also recommended to drink water or low-acid fruit teas. This way, you can sensibly integrate the herbal tea into your daily drinking routine.
Warning and safety instructions
This tea is not suitable for consumption during pregnancy. Always prepare the tea with freshly boiled water and allow a minimum steeping time of 6 minutes. Store the product in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed. If you have any questions, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
