COMPOSITION: calcium carbonate powder.

Contains no sugar, sweeteners or preservatives.

How to use:

• For oral administration, as such or in dispersed form in your favorite drink.
• One teaspoon contains approximately 5000 mg of calcium carbonate (equivalent to 2000 mg of Calcium, 250% of the RDI).
• Children up to 6 years: on the recommendation of the specialist;
• Children over 7 years: up to half a teaspoon of powder per day;
• Adults: up to one teaspoon of powder per day.
• Pregnant or lactating women only on the recommendation of the specialist.
