Is a medical device containing sodium hyaluronate and potassium iodide

Potassium iodide, when applied topically, acts as a powerful antioxidant on the surface of the eye, neutralizing free radicals

Is responsible for reducing oxidative stress and thus prevents opacification of the lens and vitreous body

Due to their charge, sodium hyaluronate particles have mucoadhesive properties, therefore, during blinking, they are evenly distributed on the surface of the cornea, interacting with the mucin layer of the tear film, thus improving its stabilization and the level of hydration of the eye surface

Without preservatives.

Ingredients:

Sodium hyaluronate 1 mg/ml, potassium iodide 5 mg/ml, boric acid, sodium tetraborate, sodium chloride, highly purified water.

How to use:

• Apply 3-4 times a day, one drop in the conjunctival sac of each eye
• If necessary, it can be applied more often.

Precautions:

• For external use only
• Do not use if the packaging is damaged
• Never touch the eye or any other surface with the dropper tip to avoid contamination of the solution
• If using other ophthalmic solutions, wait at least 15 minutes before applying Calimel eye drops, which should be administered last
• For use by a single patient
• Do not apply in case of thyroid disorders.
