Gelum® drops
Gelum® drops contain a complex that binds the digestive toxin ammonia during its passage through the intestines. Ammonia is produced as a byproduct of protein breakdown in the gut. Because it is a cellular toxin, the liver primarily converts it into urea so that it can be excreted by the kidneys. By binding ammonia, Gelum® drops relieve the burden on the liver, freeing up more energy for other metabolic processes.
Indications: Liver cirrhosis (chronic liver diseases) with minimal hepatic encephalopathy (brain dysfunction caused by insufficient detoxification function of the liver).
