Description
Mannodis Gastro is a dietary supplement containing glucomannan - water-soluble fiber, the source of which is the tuber of Amorphophallus konjac. Glucomannan is an ingredient that absorbs water strongly, increasing its volume. This ingredient, depending on the amount consumed, has various health-promoting properties:
- helps to maintain the appropriate level of cholesterol in the blood, with a daily intake of 4 g,
- As part of a low-calorie diet, it helps with weight loss as long as it is consumed in the amount of 3 g per day.
To achieve a beneficial weight loss effect, glucomannan should be consumed before meals in three portions (1 g each), washed down with one or two glasses of water, only as part of a low-calorie diet.
