Properties:
OstroVit MCT Oil is a valuable source of saturated fatty acids that support the body's overall health and fitness.
Way of ussage:
A portion of the product 12g (2 tablespoons) is consumed 2 times a day, during meals. The recommended portion of the product can be increased by 12g every 3 days to obtain the optimal portion adapted to your needs. Ingestion of a single quantity greater than 100g of the product may cause gastrointestinal disorders.
Ingredients:
MCT oil contains medium chain fatty acids from Guinea oilseeds.
