Mistletoe tea – aromatic herbal tea for daily enjoyment

Preparation and application

To prepare mistletoe tea, place 2 teaspoons of herb tea into a tea filter per cup, or use up to 2 mistletoe tea bags and pour boiling water over them. It is important to always use freshly boiled water and let the tea steep for at least 6 minutes. Up to 1 cup of mistletoe tea can be drunk daily. Drinking additional water or low-acid fruit teas is recommended to ensure adequate hydration.

Mistletoe tea is not suitable for consumption during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
