Normast 600 is a product of Epitech Group; it is a supplement for neuropathy based on ultramicronized palmitoylethanolamide (PEA). Due to its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, it is effective in treating chronic pain syndromes such as sciatica, peripheral neuropathies, diabetic neuropathies and post-herpetic neuralgia, as well as in cases of pelvic pain, osteoarthritis, headaches and postoperative pain.

Mode of action
Nervous tissue tends to exhaust its natural capacity to synthesize endogenous palmitoylethanolamide, thus increasing the risk of inflammatory pain. In case of injury and/or dysfunction of the somatosensory system, this can lead to the progressive transformation of inflammatory pain into neuropathic pain. In the body, palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) acts as a biological modulator capable of regulating the physiological reactivity of nervous tissue at various levels – sensory nerve endings, the endoneural compartment and the medullary synaptic junction between the first and second neurons – thus controlling inflammatory and/or neuropathic pain.

As directed by your doctor; usually, cycles of 1–2 tablets per day are administered for 30–60 days, possibly preceded by a 10-day cycle of Normast® 600 microgranules. The supplement can be administered before or after meals.
