Under 2 years: as a food supplement = 2.5 ml (approx. /2 teaspoon) every 2 days, additionally via breastfeeding mother = 1 tablespoon.
2-6 years: 2.5 ml daily (approx. 1.2 teaspoons) /6-12 years: 5 ml daily (approx. 1 teaspoon).
Over 12 years: 9 ml daily (approx. 1 tablespoon).
The recommended daily dose (5ml) contains 1.8g fish oil, 1.8g cod oil and 0.9g olive oil.

Storage: The sealed product should be protected from direct sunlight and stored at room temperature. After opening, the product should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within a maximum of 45 days.
At temperatures below 4 degrees Celsius, crystals may form; they dissolve after a few minutes at room temperature. It is recommended to shake the product gently before administration. Omega-3 oil does not heat up. If you add it to food, let the food cool down first.
Keep out of reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
