How to use: 

• Adults: 1 capsule per day, preferably with breakfast
• Depending on the situation or on the recommendation of a doctor, the dosage may be increased to 2 capsules per day
• It can be administered intensively as needed or routinely, over a longer period of time
• For those who cannot swallow the capsules, they will be opened and mixed with cold liquid or food.
