Ingredients: Cod liver oil, natural lemon flavor, vitamin A (retinol palmitate), antioxidant: tocopherol blend.

Daily serving: 1 teaspoon (5 ml). Take 1 teaspoon of oil per day. We recommend taking it with or immediately after a meal.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The beneficial effect occurs when 250 mg of EPA and DHA are consumed per day. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. To maintain proper health, you should eat a varied diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Keep in a dark and dry place, at room temperature, out of the reach of small children. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and use within 3 months.
