OstroVit® Magnesium Citrate 400 mg + B6 is a food supplement containing an easily absorbable form of magnesium and vitamin B6. Magnesium is a mineral that contributes to bone health and proper muscle function. It also supports a healthy nervous system and proper psychological function. Magnesium citrate, an organic salt present in OstroVit® tablets, is considered an excellent and easily absorbable form of magnesium. The recommended dose of the product covers more than 100% of the Nutritional Reference Values for magnesium.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system. It is also necessary for the proper production of red blood cells. In addition, it helps maintain energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Recommended dosage
Adults: 3 tablets per day before bedtime.
Ingredients:
Magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid), excipient: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

After using it... I need to change my approach—the product is still there...
But on the other hand, the tablets aren't easy to swallow—they're very big and very hard... :-((
In short, the form definitely needs to be redesigned to be more flexible—for example, a powder capsule!?
It's always in my drawer; I tolerate this form very well, and I use it regularly to relieve stress and physical fatigue.
