Description
Vitamin D3 supplement that contributes to healthy bones, normal calcium and phosphorus absorption, and normal immune system function. Contains Iceland lichen extract, which supports the body's defenses. For adults and children.
Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose; Iceland moss [Cetraria islandica (L.) Ach.] thallus dry extract; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids; corn starch, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), flavouring; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Adults: 1 tablet per day (2,000 IU/day).
Children 3-10 years: 1 tablet every 5 days (400 IU/day).
Children, pregnant and breastfeeding women: 1 tablet every 4 days (500 IU/day).
For better absorption, it is recommended to take it on a full stomach.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains polyols: excessive use may produce laxative effects.
