Description
The product is a food supplement based on L-carnitine, R-alpha-lipoic acid and PEA, with vitamins B6 and B1.

Ingredients
Acid, R-alpha-lipoic; palmitoylethanolamide (PEA); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; L-creatine pyruvate; coenzyme Q10; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

How to use
We recommend taking 2 tablets a day, to be swallowed with plenty of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult your doctor before using this product. In rare cases, lipoic acid may cause hypoglycemia. Due to the presence of creatine, this product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy.
