In the composition of hair treatments, rosemary is a capillary tonic, prevents the appearance of dandruff and stimulates hair regeneration.
To get rid of a hangover, add 3 drops of rosemary essential oil to your bath water.
In aromatherapy it helps to stimulate memory, in meditation it clears the mind.

How to use:
- Massage: 4-6 drops of essential oil incorporated in a vegetable oil
- Bath: 5-10 drops in bath water
- Aromatherapy: 3-5 drops mixed with water.
