Ingredients:
Aerial, flowering part of the goldenrod plant (Solidago virga aurea) 100%.
The aerial parts of the plant contain quercetin, solidagonic acid, volatile oil, bitter substances, saponosides, catechin tannins, caffeic and chlorogenic acids, flavonoids, coumarins and mineral substances.
How to use:
Infusion - pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of the herb. Cover the pot and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Internally - drink 1-2 cups of tea per day.
Externally - used as a gargle, local washes, compresses.
