Symphar physiological sodium chloride solution with a 0.9% concentration is a medical device suitable for infants, children, and adults.

It is packaged in single-use 5 ml ampoules.

Symphar solution is sterile and preservative-free.

Physiological sodium chloride solution can be used for nasal hygiene (instillation or rinsing), eye hygiene (instillation, rinsing, or rinsing), and ear hygiene (rinsing).

The medical device is also suitable for wound cleansing and for inhalation in aerosol therapy as a vehicle or used alone. 

Indications:

This product is suitable for infants, children, and adults for

• eye, ear, and nose hygiene
• wound cleansing
• aerosol therapy inhalation.

Ingredients:

Sodium chloride 0.9 g, purified water sufficient for 100 ml.

How to use:

• Wash your hands thoroughly before using the product. Break off the single-use ampoule and unscrew the top to open
• For nose and eye hygiene: 1 to 6 nasal cleansing treatments per day, as needed
• For instilling or rinsing a blocked nose: Tilt your head back, carefully insert the single-use ampoule tip, and press gently. Repeat for the other nostril. Tilt your head forward to allow the secretions to drain and wipe away any excess. Avoid blowing your nose vigorously for 10 minutes. In infants, apply minimal pressure to avoid the risk of middle ear infection
• Eye drops, rinses, or baths: Squeeze a few drops of the solution into each eye. Wipe away excess fluid with a sterile cotton swab. Avoid contact of the ampoule with the eye surface
• Ear hygiene: Rinse your ears after using a surfactant ear solution to remove loosened earwax deposits and flush the external ear canal. You can use a single ampoule for both ears. Wipe away excess fluid with a cotton swab
• Wound cleansing: Using the entire single-use ampoule of solution, rinse the wound. Wipe away excess fluid only from the healthy skin. Avoid contact with the wound surface
• Inhalation in aerosol therapy: As an inhalation vehicle in aerosol therapy: refer to the instructions provided with the inhalation product.
• As a stand-alone solution: refer to the instructions provided with the aerosol therapy device.

• For single, personal use only
• Keep out of reach of children
• If using another eye product, start with Symphar NaCl 0.9% and wait 15 minutes before applying the next product
• This solution can also be used by contact lens wearers
• This product does not contain preservatives. Reusing the same product may result in a contaminated solution
• After opening: Use the single-use ampoule immediately and discard it after use
• Do not use the same single-use ampoule for multiple applications
• Not intended for injection
• Do not use after the expiration date
• Do not use if the single-use ampoule is damaged
• Do not allow the single-use ampoule to come into contact with eyes or wound surfaces
• An opened single-use ampoule cannot be reused
• If using the inhalation solution for aerosol therapy for the first time or if you have respiratory hypersensitivity, consult your doctor
• Sterile, physiological sodium chloride solution 0.9%, preservative-free.
