Properties:

- However, in the complexity of natural substances we find amazingly effective emotional balancing resources, whether we refer to Siberian Ginseng, Royal Jelly or Italian Bergamot.
Physiological actions:
Lavender: helps reduce restlessness; helps to decrease irritability, helps to get better sleep.
Vitamins from the B Complex : B12: contribute to maintaining mental health and the normal functioning of the nervous system; B2, B6: contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.
Griffonia: contributes to supporting brain activity.
Astragalus: supports the body's physical and mental resistance.
Ingredients/capsule:
Hard gelatin capsule; Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus), root, hydroalcoholic extract 20:1, with min. 50% polysaccharides, dry: 80mg; Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia), seeds, aqueous extract, dry, with min. 30% L-5-hydroxytryptophan: 80mg; Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), powder: 79.92mg; Frankincense (Boswellia serrata), resin, extract 5-10:1, dried with 70-85% boswellic acids: 40mg; Lyophilized royal jelly: 40mg; Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), root, powder: 40mg; Brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), standardized extract in B vitamin complex: 40mg*; Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), essential oil: 0.04mg; Italian Bergamot (Citrus bergamia), essential oil: 0.04mg.
