Butcher's broom is a small shrub with characteristic red berries. It is also known as the spiny mouse. The most valuable substance found in the root of the plant is ruscogenin. Supplementation has a positive effect on venous circulation. It prevents swelling and the feeling of heavy legs, and thus revitalizes, refreshes and brings a feeling of lightness to the legs.-35 mg of ruscogenin in a daily dose!
