How to use:
Wash your face thoroughly with soap, making sure it is free from creams, lotions or makeup. Wet your nose thoroughly. The strip will not stick to a dry nose. Dry your hands and remove the strip from the plastic protection. Apply the strip to the moistened area of the nose, smooth side down, pressing down to make good contact with the skin. Leave to dry for about 10-15 minutes. The strip should stiffen as it dries. Once the strip has dried, slowly and carefully peel off the strip, starting from the edges and pulling towards the center.
