Description
The dietary supplement Nattokinase NSK-SD in capsule form contains the enzyme nattikinase. It was obtained by fermenting soybeans using the bacteria strain Bacillus subtilis (natto). The protease enzyme consists of 275 amino acids.
Natto (fermented soybeans) has been present in the Japanese diet for thousands of years (since the Nara period).
NSK-SD nattokinase has been recognized by JHFA (Japan Health and Nutrition Food Authorization) and JNKA (Japan Nattokinase Association) as the original nattokinase.
The food supplement does not contain vitamin K.
