How to use:

1. Topical use – Diluted only.

• Adults : 2% dilution (approx. 4-5 drops per 10 ml vegetable oil).
• Children : 1-2 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

2. Diffusion and inhalation
Add 3-5 drops to your ultrasonic diffuser to create a soothing atmosphere.
It can be inhaled directly from the bottle for a quick calming effect.
