Description
Food supplement based on diosgenin, alpha-lactalbumin and vitamin D, useful for providing an additional amount of the nutrients it contains, in case of reduced dietary intake or increased needs.
Dioscorea villosa combats menstrual cycle disorders.
Vitamin D plays a role in cell division processes.

Ingredients
Dioscorea (Dioscorea villosa L.) rhizome tit. 20% diosgenin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; alpha-lactalbumin; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets per day.
