Application:
Spray 2 times under the tongue approximately 30 minutes before going to bed.
Note : The beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before bedtime. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
