Description
Food supplement with 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweetener.
The psyllium ( Plantago ovata ) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
-promote regular intestinal transit thanks to the formation of soft, flowing stools;
-promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora;
-slow down the absorption of nutrients and promote the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.

Ingredients
99% pure psyllium fiber ( Plantago ovata Forsk. , tegumentum seminis); acidifier: citric acid; flavorings; bulking agent: isomalt; emulsifier: lecithin; sweetener: steviol glycosides; dried strawberry juice, elderberry extract; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. Does not contain lactose .

Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fiber per day, at any time of day or as directed by your doctor/pharmacist. Take with adequate amounts of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a glass (200 ml), fill with still water, stir well for a few seconds, and drink immediately.

Warnings
Also suitable during pregnancy.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking any medications.
