Carob fruit flour, 100 g, Solaris
Roscove flour provides an increased intake of fiber (40%), calcium, potassium and phosphorus, in a healthy diet. It is an exceptional antioxidant and a good substitute for cocoa. It does not contain caffeine and theobromine, being ideal for children and people with cocoa intolerance. Carob powder has antibacterial properties, preventing the development of intestinal bacteria (E.coli). Other benefits: supports digestion through its outstanding fiber content. Prevents the occurrence of kidney stones (does not contain oxalates). It can be added to cakes, puddings and smoothies, in drinks. Dissolved in sweetened milk, it is a delicious reinvention of the classic hot chocolate.
