I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. The product arrived with the front seal broken, which I reported immediately. After I contacted customer support and explained the problem, they refused to send me a new product as a replacement. The only solution offered was to return the product, get a refund, then place another order and wait another 14 days or so for delivery. Considering that this is my child’s food, I don’t think this solution is at all reasonable. If the product arrived unsealed, I believe they should have taken responsibility for the situation and immediately sent a new, safe, and properly sealed product—not made me return it, reorder, and wait another two weeks. A very unpleasant experience, especially for a product as important as infant formula.
