Acute wounds are often contaminated with dirt, foreign bodies, or microorganisms. Thorough and gentle wound cleansing is essential for rapid healing. Chronic wounds are frequently covered with wound exudate, necrotic tissue, and biofilms. These deposits delay wound healing and must therefore be removed. For both types of wounds, gentle wound cleansing and continuous wound moistening with Allrinse wound irrigation solution are recommended. Allrinse wound irrigation solution provides excellent cleansing performance on the wound surface and surrounding skin areas.

Indications:

• For cleaning and moisturizing acute and chronic wounds.
• For use during dressing changes to loosen adhering dressing materials or crusts.
• For decontamination.

Application:

Wound cleansing:
Clean the wound with Allrinse wound irrigation solution to loosen adherent wound debris and/or biofilm. Allrinse wound irrigation solution can be applied directly undiluted from the bottle into the wound. The 350 ml bottle is intended for rinsing the wound. The 75 ml spray bottle is suitable for spraying. Afterwards, Allrinse wound irrigation solution should be removed by wiping with standard sterile gauze pads (mechanical cleansing). Rinsing afterwards is not necessary.

Moistening using wound dressings:
Thoroughly soak commercially available dressings and wound pads (e.g., compresses, gauze) with Allrinse wound irrigation solution and apply them to the wound for approximately 10-15 minutes. After the soaking period, the wound should be mechanically cleaned with commercially available sterile gauze compresses.

Contraindication:
If you have a known allergy or suspected allergic reaction to any of the ingredients, do not use this product. Do not use in combination with anionic surfactants. Do not moisten silver-containing dressings with Allrinse wound irrigation solution. Avoid contact with cartilage. Consult a doctor for very large, heavily exuding, or infected wounds, as special treatment may be necessary. Consult a doctor for burns of second degree or higher. Use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, infants, and young children should only occur after consulting a doctor.

Tissue compatibility and biocompatibility:
Allrinse wound irrigation solution is non-cytotoxic, non-irritating, and non-sensitizing. Allrinse wound irrigation solution contains no skin-irritating substances.

General safety instructions:
Observe temperature limits. Do not use if packaging is damaged. Use only undamaged and intact containers. Protect from sunlight. Store in a dry place. Follow the instructions for use. Do not use after the expiry date. For external use only. Do not ingest. Not for infusion or injection. Ensure hygienic handling. If the bottle comes into contact with the wound or is otherwise contaminated, dispose of the bottle immediately. Keep out of reach of children. Close tightly after use and prevent contamination.

Shelf life 3 years from production. Use within 3 months of opening.

Ingredients:
Aqua purificata, cocamidopropyl betaine, polyaminopropyl biguanides (PHMB), trace elements (zinc, iron).
