Demineralized water, glycerol, dried passion flower plant extract ( Passiflora incarnata , maltodextrin), dried lemon balm leaf extract ( Melissa officinalis , maltodextrin), preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: citric acid; lemon balm essential oil ( Melissa officinalis ).

How to use
For proper dietary use, take 10 to 20 drops, preferably in the evening before bedtime or as needed. The drops can be taken as is or, if preferred, diluted in water or another beverage (tea, milk, chamomile, fruit juice, etc.).
